Very disappointing experience. There was no AC remote in the room, and the toilet flush was not working. When we informed the staff, their response and behavior were rude and unhelpful.Please don’t be misled by the attractive photos while booking. The actual room and service were quite different from what was shown in the pictures. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their maintenance and staff behavior.

Our stay here was very enjoyable. The hotel is situated in an excellent location with easy access to many restaurants. It's also close to a petrol station and is located on a main road. There is plenty of parking available. The staff are all very friendly and trustworthy. The buffet offers a wide variety of vegetarian dishes. They upgraded our room at no extra charge. We left behind our baby's silver bowl and spoon, and they called us within five minutes to let us know and asked us to collect them. We truly appreciate the honesty of their staff.

The rooms had bedsheets and foot mats that appeared used and stained, which was very unhygienic.

We reserved two deluxe double bed rooms, assigned rooms 321 and 322. However, room 322 had twin beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable. I contacted reception but received no assistance. After calling again, they sent a comforter with housekeeping, but the staff member only spoke Telugu and couldn't understand me. I had to endure an uncomfortable night. I also tried reaching the manager, Mr. Shiva, whose number was given by reception, but he didn't answer. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I felt the hotel did not care about guest satisfaction.
