No hot water, No dust bin in the room
The property is a homestay and not a hotel. does not have a restaurant attached. The towels given are old and have holes in them. The blackets and sheet covers have spots and are not cleaned. The door nobs are broken. Even after intimation during bokking bout checking in in the afternoon, there is no one at the property. No reception, just a small table with no one sitting. needed to wait for 30 minutes to find someone to help in checking in. No response to calls via room landlines either. The location is also scary at night. I had booked for two nights, but had to cancel for one as it was completely disappointing and bad. especially if you are visiting with family.
This is very near to RTC Bus stand. Rooms are good and Clean and Neat. I will recommend this Hotel.
