I am writing this review after the same experience for 2-3 times.The restaurant service was very bad. When we visit tirupati we usually take parcels from this restaurant.In recent times the quantity of chutneys and kurma that they give for parcel are very less.they even missed a kurma packet in my parcel. So this time i was keen and asked them to pack extra as quantity is not sufficient. The waiter started arguing that the quantity they give will be sufficient,so we requested for extra pack and Initially they asked for packaging charges and later he charged around 85rs for one pack of sambar.who charges 85 for a pack of sambar. We ordered 5 plates of idly and dosa how will a single box of sambar be sufficient for that big order? The experience was very bad he started abusing for asking an extra pack. The restaurant should maintain it's standard on how waiters behave with customers and it shouldn't be a big issue to give a good quantity of chutneys and kurma for the price they are charging.

We came for having tiffin, and we also asked to parcel the dosa, idly and chapati. And we just asked for extra sambar packet as what they have packed is not sufficient as per the previous experience. And the staff are very rude and to just pack one simple extra sambar packet they literally argued and abused for 10mins and they didn't even provide us the extra packet. We told them you can charge for that and they asked to pay 80/- just for that small simple sambar packet. Never again gonna visit this place again.Attached the photo of quantity they provided.Also i have just checked all your reviews there are soo many people who have already complain, and for every review you have simply written a useless replies, still your staff are with same rude behaviour. I think it is the management who is making them behave this way.
