Bad experienceBad staffYesterday we were went for dinner. Quantity was very less. And staff behavior was not good at all. Management please take care of it. We asked only water, to fill my kids bottle. That staff given reckless answer and they were not given water also. Really bad staff and bad behavior.

Extremely disappointing experience at Bhimas Deluxe Hotel, Tirupati.The level of service is far below acceptable standards. The behavior of staff, especially security, was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of assisting guests, they were rude and spoke in an authoritative and unacceptable manner to drivers.What is more concerning is that this does not seem like an isolated issue’the overall staff attitude reflects poor management and lack of proper training. Customer service appears to be neglected entirely.This hotel seriously needs to improve its staff behavior, professionalism, and basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful treatment and decent service.

They don’t respect their customers.. worst service.. they don’t even care if you have come to have food or not.. We did order for food and did wait for more than half n hour and walked out without eating anything..

We went for lunch but we were told you the thali contains garlic in all itemsWe wre disappointted so we end up ordering Jain Dhal but that turned to be disaster as it contained more chilly than Dhal.Finally we ordered for curd rice and roti to eat. Very disappointing

Very Close to Rly Station & Walkable Distance frm Bus Stand.Opp to Famous Govindaraja Swamy Temple who's considered to be Brother of Perumal. Renovated Recently. Bringing Back Memories of 80s Still. Considered to be one of the Oldest Hotel in the City. Restaurant Should Have Rest Room Options too. As The one available nearby parking and behind Reception is not Maintained well
