This hotel is great for a family stay. The location is lovely and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The food served is also tasty 👍

Extremely disappointing experience. I had a confirmed booking through MakeMyTrip, but on arrival was told unmarried couples aren't allowed ’ a policy that was never mentioned anywhere during booking. When I raised this with the manager, he simply redirected me to MakeMyTrip customer support instead of taking any responsibility. MakeMyTrip support couldn't resolve it either.To make things worse, the booking was marked non-refundable, so I was denied both the room and my money ’ with zero accountability from hotel staff. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed no willingness to find a solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience caused.If a hotel has restrictions like this, it should be clearly stated upfront at the time of booking. Basic transparency and decency in how a business is run seem to be missing here. Would not recommend, and would strongly suggest hotel management fix this communication gap before other guests face the same issue.

If a hotel enforces such restrictions, they should be clearly communicated at booking. There seems to be a lack of basic transparency and professionalism here. I would not recommend this hotel and urge management to address this communication failure to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem.

The food was very tasty. Kumar sir (Manager) is a very kind person. We had a great time. The rooms were nice.

The food is excellent, and Kumar at the reception is very kind and humble.
