Tea or coffee is served in paper cups, breakfast choices are quite limited, the food is very cold and minimal, and the room has torn towels.

Had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. This was actually my fourth visit, and I had a very good experience during my previous three stays. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. It honestly feels like the management and service standards have changed.The room was not clean at all. There was visible dust around the room, and there were stains on the pillow covers and bed sheets. Even for basic things like coffee cups, we had to call multiple times before they were brought. We requested coffee mugs, but instead they brought a jug, which was not what we asked for.The breakfast experience was also very poor. Most of the food was cold, and we had to ask the staff to heat the sambar. When we asked for dosa or poori, we were told that it was not available. The restaurant was almost empty, and they even switched off the lights while people were still having food, which was quite uncomfortable.There is also no proper parking arrangement. The hotel takes the car keys as they need to move the cars frequently. While moving our car, the gear cloth was torn and was completely damaged. This was very disappointing, especially since the car was handed over in their care.We also ordered room service. The food was just average and nothing special.The checkout experience was another issue. We asked for the bill multiple times, but it was not provided. We were simply asked to pay 2,000, and we had to make the payment without receiving the bill.Overall, this was a very poor and disappointing experience. I had genuinely liked this hotel during my previous three visits, which is why this experience was even more disappointing. The level of cleanliness, food, service, parking management and overall hospitality has gone down significantly.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the basic standards of service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the hotel at this point.

Basic facilities like AC, Fridge does not work. Rooms are suffocating. Breakfast buffet has only 2 to 3 basic south Indian items. No option for north indian food. The food quality is also bad.

Good but air condition is not good And some amenties are not available And they are not giving some extra time to wait at reception after the checkout they usually betraying people

When I stayed in the hotel in Nov2025, it was a good experience. But now the hotel has degraded and not recommended at all. It lacks maintenance, dirty and bad quality towels. The complementary breakfast is not upto the mark with very less options. The staffs are good, food taste is good.
