Sri Ganesh Residency

I had a pleasant stay at Sri Ganesh Residency. The service was excellent, and the location was conveniently close to the bus stop and railway station.

Rooms are very nice

The managing lady was very illiterate, and most of the rules were not mentioned at the time of booking. Only at the last moment did she start stating all the rules. We had spoken to a different person during booking, and now she is taking advantage of us and manipulating the situation at the last moment. There is no ethics in how she behaves. We came here as spiritual devotees, but this woman was speaking as if cursing. They are not making any effort to call or ask us anything despite having many proofs from us. They falsely claim they have reached out to us. This was our first time experiencing such disappointment, and the way she was cursing was unacceptable. Please be careful with such manipulative people. As devotees, we never want anyone to hear curses or take advantage of us at the last moment, nor should we be blamed then. To be frank, the rooms were comfortable, but their behavior and cursing made us decide not to choose a place like this. Think carefully before choosing this place and the people who add last-minute accusations saying we made all the mistakes.

Service is good, and the rooms are tidy and clean.

I had a great experience staying here! The rooms were clean, cozy, and well kept. The location is very convenient, close to major temples as well as bus and train stations. The service was outstanding from start to finish, making it an ideal spot for families. I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone traveling to Tirupati!
