Hotel Regalia

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay.I booked the room through Agoda for **2 adults and 2 children**. One child is above 12 years and the other child is below 10 years. During the booking, Agoda mentioned **complimentary breakfast**, but it was not clearly mentioned that the complimentary breakfast was applicable only to 2 adults.As per the hotel policy, I was charged **600+ as an additional stay charge for the child above 12 years**. In addition to this, I separately paid **420+ for breakfast for both children (approximately 220 per child)**.I want to clearly say that **I am not bothered about paying these amounts**. If these are the hotel’s policies, I am fine with paying them. My concern is that these charges and conditions were **not clearly communicated to me in advance**.If the hotel had clearly informed me during booking or check-in that an additional 600+ would be charged for a child above 12 years and that breakfast would be charged separately for both children, I would have understood the policy and made an informed decision.My main concern is **transparency and communication**, not the money.Regarding the breakfast, I also feel that **the food and overall breakfast experience were not worth 220 per child**. The amount charged should reasonably match the quality, quantity and overall experience provided. Again, I am not complaining about the 420+ amount itself, but the value provided for that price was not satisfactory.Apart from this, **the service was also not good**. Even for basic requests, we had to wait for a long time, and the response was delayed. Good hospitality is not only about providing a room; it is about **timely service, proper communication and making guests feel comfortable and valued**.This is a **devotional place**, where many families visit with the expectation of having a peaceful and comfortable stay. If a hotel provides good service, reasonable pricing and treats guests well, people will naturally recommend the property to their friends and relatives and may return again.But if the approach is that **“this is a one-time customer, so it doesn't matter,”** then the hotel may lose its reputation and future business. In a devotional destination, word-of-mouth and repeat customers are especially important.Again, **my concern is not about the ** stay charge or the ** breakfast charge**. I am perfectly willing to pay if these charges are part of the hotel policy. My expectation is simply that the charges should be **clearly communicated upfront**, and the service and food quality should provide reasonable value for what is being charged.A small amount may not matter to a customer, but **the way a customer is treated definitely matters**. Good service, transparency and value for money can bring customers back and generate positive recommendations. Poor service and unclear charges can have the opposite effect.I hope the management takes this feedback positively and improves **pricing transparency, communication of booking terms, breakfast quality/value, service response time and the overall guest experience** for future customers.Note:This is not just a devotional place; for many people, a visit here can become a **once-in-a-lifetime experience and a lifelong memory**, especially when they come with their families. If a hotel provides genuinely good service and treats guests with care, that positive experience will be remembered for years, perhaps even for a lifetime. That is why good hospitality matters so much — **you are not just providing a room and service, you are becoming part of someone's memorable journey.**

Rooms are nice

I checked in at 4:30 pm and checked out at 9:45 pm...i couldn't bare....very dirty room..i got rashes because of dirty bed....i tried to clean the bed...so much dust under the blanket....I went for dinner...that was another disaster...i have asked for chicken clear soup, they gave cabbage soup...i didn't see any interest in staff...when i was explainingabout the issues i was facing, they were smiling....not replying....finally i have decided to leave ....not at all worth...

Had a great stay at Regalia! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
