One star is supposed to be the lowest rating, but I would give this third-rate service zero or even negative stars. The receptionist was clueless and only said, “sir mujhe kuch ni pata.” These people are scammers, taking money from devotees who come to Ujjain Mahakal for darshan. They threatened our family and rudely refused to give a refund. Even when we complained to the Ujjain police, nothing was done. When we called the police, they just laughed with the owner (Anis Khan) and left without resolving anything. I strongly advise against going there.
