Tranquil Beach Resort

1. The rooms are poorly designed, and the electricity and water supply are inconsistent. 2. Only around 15% of the menu can be ordered at any given time, and even that is not worth the price. 3. The pre-payment process is unreliable, requiring Agoda's involvement to resolve the problem. 4. The other guests lack basic public manners.

A nice spot to go with its own private beach

The location and property are excellent, but maintenance is lacking, especially around the rooms. The pathway lights are out, there are no shacks, and the restaurant AC is broken. Additionally, the food quality was below expectations. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Extremely disappointing and not worth the high price. The resort did not justify the cost. The cottage was in poor condition, with spider webs all over and holes in the walls and structure. It felt unclean and neglected. Given the price, we expected a tidy and well-kept accommodation. I wouldn't suggest this resort unless they make major improvements in cleanliness and upkeep. The holes in the cottage compromised both comfort and safety. We complained but received no assistance. It seems they were aware of these problems since they demanded full payment at check-in. The service was subpar and the cottage was low quality despite charging 12,000.

This place is spot on in terms of location..Its always calm and green on any day.
