Great property at a great location! If you're visiting Calicut, this is one of the best locations where you can stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and you get free breakfast here. The room service also is great and you also have a lot of restaurants nearby.Calicut beach is just walking distance from here and the location is very accessible.

0 complains about my stay. Everything is almost perfect. The hotel is close to the train station and the beach. Some nice restaurants are nearby. My room is very clean. It has everything I need for my stay. The hot water is very hot and water pressure is too high. Ac is a little weak but the fan is strong. All the employees are very nice and professional.

I stayed 5 days. Excellent experience. Location of hotel, very near to Calicut beach, Food, Bed quality etc everything is very good. Mr Avish has co ordinated all required support.

The location is very close to the beach, which is a big plus. The hotel is friendly for solo travelers as well as people staying for just a day or two. Breakfast is decent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, a good option for a short stay near the beach.

Treebo CasinoI had checked in late at night with my family, and the entire process was extremely smooth during Christmas vacation 2025. The property offers ample parking space, which was a big plus. Located in the prime area of Kozhikode/Calicut city, it’s conveniently close to good restaurants and the main beach.We had booked two rooms’both were spacious, aesthetically designed, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well-lit and air-conditioned, with all modern amenities including a remote-operated fan. The bathrooms were large, with a clean shower area and fresh linens. After a long drive, it was exactly the kind of luxury and comfort we needed.Breakfast was served at 8 a.m. the next morning and was absolutely delightful. We were treated to hot and delicious Idiyappam, Appam (soft dosa), Poori with curry, along with continental options, fruits, and tea/coffee. The staff were polite, professional, and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant.Overall, the service and hospitality made our short stay truly memorable and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for both business and family travel.
