Treebo Lands End Beach Resort - 100M From Beach

Excellent location for beach lovers.The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Ashvem Beach and about a 4-minute walk to Morjim Beach along the Arabian Sea. Set on leafy grounds, it’s a laid-back property with a peaceful vibe. Rooms have exterior entrances and are simply furnished, equipped with kettles, Wi-Fi, and en-suite wet bathrooms with bucket showers.There’s a casual open-air bar, and breakfast and parking are available. Direct beach access starts early in the morning around 7:05 am, which is a big plus.The staff are supportive, but the taxi union rates are overpriced. Losing customers over a ’100 negotiation shows poor business sense. It’s strongly recommended to arrange your own transport’rent a two-wheeler or car, or opt for a self-drive option.The beach location is the highlight’clean white sand, moderate crowd, and relatively quiet, with around 80% foreign tourists. Surfing is also available nearby. There are plenty of caf??s, bars, and eating joints around the beach area.If you plan to spend most of your time on the beach, this is a great place to stay.

Overall the experience was good. It is just the restaurant and complementary breakfast are limited. The breakfast was very basic and one day there was even no buffet. But the hotel room and other service was good and location is also good.

It was a superb experience staying at this hotel! The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect ’ very close to the beaches. The rooms are neat, clean, and well-maintained. It’s an ideal place for both couples and families. Highly recommended! ’’’’’’’’’’

Couple of things which needs to be considered -1. Additional guests in the room :) centipedes come in through the gap of the door2. Paint cracks in walls3. Breakfast has options - bread omlette with tea/coffee or poha with tea/coffee. Note - butter is not available with bread, so you might have to do with dry bread4. Worst of all - local stinky shower gel that too added with water ( rather carry shower gel else you might have to purchase from nearby stores)! Already raised with Treebo since I feel the property is fooling customers !!Hope this helps - rest is your call...Pics attached for reference

The location is not marked properly, so you will end up spending 1 hr searching it. Even the breakfast is a mere bread omelette and tea. They advertised a buffet but cheat you . Juices are charged extra . Beware of this scam .There is no mobile network in that area so it becomes difficult to call .The TV is not working. The AC takes 2 hrs to cool down. The room was clean .Even their service desk is non supportive . The restaurant food is ok , the chapathi is good .No wheel chair accessNo direct beach accessibility in the morning , it opens after 8 am. This is near S2 . Overall a pathetic experience.
