Couple • India • Sep 2026I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel with my brother. We booked this hotel while visiting Visakhapatnam for an interview. The staff’s behaviour was not satisfactory, and the breakfast provided was also not good. The biggest issue was the hot water facility. The heater was not working, and even after informing the receptionist multiple times, they provided only around 1/4 of a bucket of lukewarm water, which was not even sufficient for basic needs like brushing and bathing. Despite requesting them several times, there was no proper response or resolution. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially when we were staying there for an important interview. If you have urgent work in Visakhapatnam, I would suggest checking other hotels before booking this one.
