Treebo Mountain View Resort has a nice location and a lot of potential, but sadly the overall atmosphere really let it down. Most of the staff seemed unhappy and unwelcoming, which reflected poorly on the management and ownership. As a solo traveller, a warm environment makes such a difference, yet both myself and other guests preferred staying in our rooms rather than eating in the restaurant because it felt so uncomfortable and uninviting.The restaurant itself also lacked care and attention. Tablecloths were visibly dirty and even when this was pointed out they were not changed. Outside areas had dirty leaves left around and overall there was a feeling of neglect — a huge lack of love throughout the property. It honestly felt like the facilities and the staff themselves both needed more support and investment.One major positive though was the food. I ordered biryani through room service and it was absolutely amazing. Huge compliments to the chef because the quality of the food was genuinely excellent and one of the highlights of my stay. I hope you feel valued by your employer. This place could be so different with better management, more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, and staff who feel valued and motivated. There is definitely potential here, but at the moment it feels sadly overlooked.
Great hotel. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. The gym was well stocked. Clean room with a nice lounge area. The breakfast was tasty.

But the owner is super cheap and I’ve had a very bad experience with the owner when I wanted to order in from outside and today they said no to breakfast within the defined time, since the chef doesn’t feel like serving us. This place could be great but a few people have made it difficult for us to come back. Choose other places please. Too many drawbacks!!!
