Treebo Premium Sattva With Mountain View

Had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to Gajendra Rawat at the front desk/hospitality team. He was incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He helped us with multiple requests promptly and always with a smile ’ genuinely one of the friendliest and most helpful staff members I've come across at a hotel. He represents the kind of service that makes guests want to return. Highly recommend asking for him if you stay here!

Sattva Hotel is very good.. Specially staff named Gajendra Singh was very humble and helpful..Hotel location is very close to Mall road, yet not noisy at all. Near to Gurdwara, so it's also safe. Water doesn't get clogged nearby. Food is also good here.Hot water is of 24 hours. WiFi is available.

Good service, nice and clean rooms, well trained and humble staff specially Gajinder Singh Rawat. He is always ready to help and gone beyond the duty to provide all the support required.

Wonderful place and very close to the heart of the city which is mall road. Got a room with a balcony and wonderful view. The rooms very clean and perfect and so were the bathrooms. They give kettle and stuff for making tea coffee inside. Got hot water at odd hours also. Staff was courteous and tool care of all special requests. Breakfast could be little better though. All in all a fantastic experience

Absolutely pathetic hospitality and the worst hotel experience ever! Never make the mistake of booking a stay here. We came for a vacation, booked this hotel for 3 nights, and even paid extra one month prior for a specific room, yet they shamelessly refused to give us the room we had paid for. When we questioned them about it, the staff rudely back answered us saying, ’Should we remove the existing guests for you’? Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.The customer helpline was completely useless and unprofessional. They kept cutting our calls, blamed everything on us instead of solving the issue, and made us struggle for hours. After immense pressure from our side, they finally decided to discuss the issue at 12 AM. Imagine harassing guests like this in the middle of the night during their vacation!The hotel manager was equally irresponsible and didn’t even care enough to properly listen to our issue. The staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, and kept back answering us instead of helping. On top of that, the hotel staff even tried to threaten and blackmail us by saying they would call the police instead of resolving the issue professionally. Completely unacceptable behavior towards guests.What shocked us even more was that many other guests were also complaining about their rooms, and nobody was being helped.We had all the proofs and booking details, yet they still refused to cooperate properly. Completely unprofessional, badly managed, and honestly the most disappointing property I have ever stayed at. Ruined our entire vacation experience. Never seen such horrible service and management in my life!
