The look and ambience was good, that was reason we chose this place but the experience and service was quite terrible.. We got the wrong order. Ordered mutton biriyani and received some so called biriyani which was cold after 20 -30 mins wait, even the staff is not sure what meat it was. One of them says it might be chicken, some say it might be duck. And one of them said they don't serve duck at all. So overall terrible experience as we were embarrassed in front our guests.

Group • Aug 2026We stayed there for couple of nights. The rooms were good, well maintained and clean. The hotel is located right on the high way.The room service and hospitality were poor. We booked extra bed but no additional pillow were provided because they ran out of it. The bathroom had bucket but no mug. The bath water was brown color.Parotta served at dinner was soft and fresh. But parotta served next day breakfast was so hard and difficult to chew. We suspect they had reheated previous day left-over and served. The chicken served was hard and didn't feel fresh.
