Treebo RJ Residency

Location was ok for me as we were only staying overnight in Mysore. Value for money and clean. Plenty Parking available. Wifi is not that great and poor connection.

My stay at RJ Residency (Treebo) was very disappointing. The manager, Mr. Ali, was rude and unhelpful. Even though we paid for extra bedding, we were denied a blanket because it was "against policy," leaving us to choose between one person being cold in the AC or everyone being uncomfortable without it. Mr. Ali claimed he had done us a favor by giving a bedsheet for the mattress. The room was below standard, lacking body wash in the bathroom and having cockroaches, which raised hygiene concerns. Additionally, there was no porter or staff to help with luggage, so guests had to carry their bags themselves. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had due to poor cleanliness, missing basic amenities, and terrible customer service. I would recommend travelers to avoid this place.

Extremely Disappointing Stay at TreeboWe’ve stayed at Treebo before mainly for the cleanliness, but this time was the worst experience by far.We were in Room 103, and the washroom had an unbearable foul smell the entire day. It felt like there was a leakage from the commode, though I couldn’t pinpoint the exact source. The odor was so strong that it made the room uncomfortable to stay in.Very let down by the lack of hygiene and maintenance this time. Would not recommend staying here until this issue is fixed.

Our stay at Treebo was extremely disappointing this time, unlike our previous visits when cleanliness was good. We stayed in Room 103, where the bathroom had a terrible foul odor all day. It seemed like there was a leak from the toilet, though I couldn't identify the exact cause. The smell was so overpowering that it made the room unpleasant to stay in. We were very disappointed by the poor hygiene and maintenance on this occasion and would advise against staying here until this problem is resolved.

Disappointing experience. We booked two rooms for four adults and one child. Room 205 had a strong sewage-like odor in the bathroom and was changed to Room 308 only after repeated requests. In Room 308, the bathroom door lock was not functioning properly, and the Wi-Fi was also not working.Basic amenities such as dental kit, hand wash, and shaving kit were not readily available and required multiple follow-ups with reception. A tea/coffee kit, toiletries and towel was not provided in the room. During breakfast, tea was served only after a separate request and a wait of around 20 minutes.We had to visit the reception several times for essential requirements, and some interactions did not reflect the level of professionalism and responsiveness we expected. While most issues were eventually addressed, the overall stay lacked the service standards and systematic approach we expected from a Treebo-associated property.There is considerable scope for improvement in maintenance, housekeeping, and guest service.
