Treebo Seaesta RK Beach

The room is infested with tiny cockroaches all over. Housekeeping won't clean daily unless you specifically request it. The service is quite bad. Breakfast choices are very limited to dosa, idli, and vada only. Also, the bed sheets and pillow covers were not properly cleaned before I was given the room.

This hotel is fantastic for both business travelers and families, offering a cozy atmosphere and excellent service from the staff.

Extremely disappointing stay with cockroaches everywhere, a non-functioning toilet flush, and a broken fan speed control. The parking area had a strong, unpleasant fish odor. No toiletries were supplied, though the price was reasonable. Overall, hygiene was very poor despite decent comfort.

Had a great stay for one day on 12/09/2025. The room was very clean and well kept, including the bathroom. The shelves and door system were quite impressive. No issues with the room or service, but the food quality was a bit disappointing. Everything else was excellent, especially the close location to the beach.

The hotel boasts a great location, just a brief walk from RK Beach, which is its main highlight. Unfortunately, my stay was let down by poor upkeep and cleanliness. The rooms were not as depicted online, with cockroaches and termites present in the room, including near the chairs, sofa, and bathroom. A termite odor was noticeable right at the entrance. The bathroom walls appeared neglected and unclean for a long time. The toilet seat was in bad shape, missing screws that caused it to move when used, making it uncomfortable and unsafe. The sofa's upholstery was loose, adding to the discomfort. While the staff were courteous and helpful, I expected higher cleanliness and maintenance standards from a Treebo hotel. We had prepaid in full, so we made do with the conditions. It was also disappointing that the hotel charged extra for a 6-hour early check-in. Given its prime location near RK Beach in Visakhapatnam, this hotel could be a top budget option if management improved hygiene, pest control, repairs, and overall maintenance. I recommend visiting and inspecting the room before booking, as the online photos do not accurately represent the current state. If possible, check the room before paying to avoid disappointment.
