I stayed at Treebo Horizon Hotel, Kankanady, and overall had a pleasant experience suitable for a family stay.The room was neat, spacious, and well maintained, and the washroom was clean, which is always a big plus. The location is very good, with easy access to important places in and around Mangaluru, making it convenient whether you’re visiting for work or family purposes.Breakfast was included in the stay and the food quality was good, though the options were limited. It does the job, but a little more variety would make it better.One small issue was with the TV’the set-top box was not charged, so no channels were available. Since I wasn’t interested in watching TV at that time, I didn’t raise a complaint, but it’s something the hotel should proactively check before guest check-in.We checked in around 5:30 PM on Sunday and checked out around 5:30 PM the next day, but were charged for two days as per hotel policy. While this may be understandable on busy weekends, I personally feel this policy needs reconsideration, especially when the checkout falls on a weekday.Overall, Treebo Horizon Hotel is a good place to stay for families, offering clean rooms, a convenient location, and decent breakfast. With minor improvements in policy flexibility and in-room amenities, it could offer an even better guest experience.

I recently stayed at Treebo The Horizon Kankanadi, and while the hotel has its strengths, there are some areas that need improvement. The rooms are spacious and very clean, which was a big plus. However, the prices seem a bit steep at ’3,000 per night, especially considering the room I had didn't have a sofa or fridge.The toiletries provided were also quite basic, with just a soap bar - no dental kit or toothpaste, etc. I felt like I was paying a premium for a lot of amenities that weren't included.One thing that surprised me was the lack of service at the hotel. When I arrived, I was handed the key at reception and left to find my room on my own. No one accompanied me or showed me where the room was. It felt a bit impersonal.That being said, the hotel does have its advantages, and I'd consider staying here again if they could work on some of these issues. Perhaps they could offer different room types at different price points, or include more amenities in the room rate

We visited at the end of December and did not get what we expected from this hotel. To summarize.1. Rude reception staff, they don't provide any details regarding the stay (breakfast etc.)2. Services are like a 1 or 2 star hotel but they charge good money - i paid 3.5k per night.3. Rooms are congested and is no where close to the images posted on website (spacious images).4. No one to pick up your luggage.5. Small and congested parking space. The gutter water was leaking in the parking.6. No restaurant option, however breakfast is available. They recommend to order from swiggy/zomato.
