The hotel and rooms were tidy! The staff were polite and respectful. It is quite a distance from Bengaluru city since it is nearer to the airport. The area around the hotel is limited, situated on the main road to the airport, with a few places to eat nearby but not much else. We stayed here only because our connecting flight was cancelled and the airline provided this accommodation.

The rooms are decent. There is no service and no water bottles provided. You have to order through online apps. The food is purely vegetarian. The staff is very limited. The complimentary breakfast is just for show; they provide no more than two items, and even those are very limited.

The worst place to stay; the manager is very rude, there is poor management, and no hospitality towards customers. I don't understand why they opened a restaurant when they clearly don't know how to manage it well.

The hotel lacked even the most basic amenities. Drinking water was unavailable, and coffee was not served even by 8:00 AM. It seemed like one person was managing both the manager and room boy duties, which impacted the quality of service. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would advise against staying at this hotel.
