Treebo The Venna Hill

Good location in Mahabaleshwar. While driving, be alert for the turn from the main road to access the property road.Property requires proactive maintenance. After check-in, we complained about various things (cleanliness, room lights, AC, etc). Appreciate that Manager Abhang Rathod went out of the way to attend to our grievances patiently. Manas, in the housekeeping department, was cooperative. Before our next visit, expect the balcony sliding door to be smooth, a light above the bathroom mirror for shaving, a light above the dressing table, etc.

Stayed 3 days . Manager is extremely responsive to any issue. Except one most of the staff is good. Toilet design needs following changes. 1. Lamp above the mirror for shaving. 2. Marking line by dark tile where floor goes down to bathing area( slip risk). 3. Toilet Door must open completely. If one hangs clothes or towel behind the door then in case one reaches for it when one just used wash basin while door is open, then the latch hurts at abdomen. 4. Liquid soap stand is weak and soap stinks. Soap bars were good.Good location. Rooms facing hill side are better & brighter. Simple & comfortable.

Very much nice stay last week !Rooms are clean & attached with balcony wich good view. City Centre is also accessible easily, food is nice. Tourist places are also near from this location.I would definitely recommend this place for a stay.I stayed for 3 nights there.

Terrible service, they cannot follow simple tasks. Breakfast was served 1?? hours late. Hot water flows only after you've wasted 2 buckets of water. Would not recommend, unless you're getting a good sale offer.

All good with food and service but they really need to figure out which rooms are deluxe and standard. Treebo said all rooms are same and we booked deluxe but got room without view. Had a lot of confusion because of this.Overall a good hotel but deluxe rooms should be valley view in my opinion as there is nothing else to charge extra for those.
