I had a really pleasant stay at Trevon Hotels & Resorts Goa. It’s a 4-star property, and for what it offers, I think it delivers a great overall experience. It’s conveniently located near Candolim Beach, making it easy to explore the area, while Fort Aguada is just a short drive away. The location itself is one of the biggest advantages if you’re planning to stay around North Goa.The rooms were spacious, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you’d expect, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a mini fridge, a safe, and a balcony in many room categories. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping did a good job, and the overall stay felt relaxing. The property also has an outdoor swimming pool, which was clean and enjoyable after a long day of sightseeing.One thing I really appreciated was the staff. Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant team, was polite, helpful, and welcoming. The manager was approachable, and the staff was always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. They also provide taxi arrangements if required, which can be convenient for guests who don’t have their own vehicle.We tried both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from the in-house restaurant, and the food was consistently good. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. The dining area had a pleasant ambience, and the overall experience was enjoyable. If you’re checking in late or don’t feel like dining downstairs, they can also arrange dinner to be served in your room, which was a thoughtful touch.Another plus is the availability of on-site parking, whether you’re arriving by car or renting a scooter during your stay. The hotel also offers different room categories, so there are options depending on your budget and requirements.No hotel is absolutely perfect, but I genuinely didn’t come across any major issues during my stay. Overall, Trevon Hotels & Resorts Goa is a comfortable, well-maintained property with good service, quality food, and a convenient location. If you’re looking for a reliable hotel near Candolim Beach with all the essential amenities, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

This is very pathetic service. Proper hospitality and room service were not provided during our stay.The room was not cleaned on time, and no one came for daily housekeeping checks. Even basic amenities were missing ’ no water bottles, water glasses, coffee/tea setup, and the refrigerator was not working. The AC and room phone were also not functioning properly.The room itself was good, but the overall service and maintenance were extremely poor. The manager’s response was also not satisfactory and no proper solution was provided.Additionally, the swimming pool was not clean and it appeared that the water had not been changed for a long time. Due to unhygienic water conditions, children may get infections.The breakfast quality was also very poor and tasteless.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service expected from your hotel.

I have stayed here for 3 days when visited for meeting. Rooms are well maintained and staff were helpful and polite. They provide complimentary tiffin which was very tasty. From receptionist to restaurant staff all of them were very welcoming. Thanks to trevon team!

Just had two weeks stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and the Staff are excellent and very welcoming. It is in a good location off the busy road not too far from the beach. Pool only small but great for a nice relaxing day with lovely food
