Very nice as it is Next to padmapuram gardens .But sad to be a little far from main road.

Stayed for two nights (25-26 January, 2026) at Ushodaya Resorts in Araku. The property has a sprawling campus in a rural set up with a rose garden being developed and convenient car parking. The resort offers Budget, Classic and Deluxe rooms, catering to different budgets.The rooms are spacious, beds are clean, and from most rooms there is a pleasant view of the surrounding hills, which adds to the overall experience. However, the attached washrooms in the Classic as well as Deluxe rooms have water leakage issues which need attention. The Deluxe rooms, mostly located in single-storey buildings, are larger, well laid out, and are furnished with sofa sets, making them more comfortable for longer stays.Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, with freshly prepared items like Idli, Upma, and Puri/Vada served with Sabji or Sambar. Dinner is served on order; rates are reasonable and food quality is acceptable but no utensils supplied putting the guests in utmost difficulty.Another concern is the poor waste-management near the open dining area. This leads to odours which ruin the outdoor dining experience. This area definitely needs improvement. Lack of Wi-Fi facility is another issue that the management should take care of.The staff deserve special mention’they are courteous, responsive, and available round the clock, making guests feel well cared for.Overall, the stay was satisfactory and comfortable, with good service and a pleasant setting, though maintenance, hygiene, and washroom issues need to be addressed to enhance the experience further.

The resort is very beautiful. Surrounded by greenary. The rooms are spacious but not clean enough and some of the lights were not working . But room service does that can be done in that time..The service is very good. The behaviour of the staffs are polite. The food is great. The resturant of the resort makes so tasty food that I can give 10 out of 10. I love the stay at the resort. I would love to visit the resort again and recommend to others also. But they should focus on the cleanliness and basic amenities a little. But my overall experience is very good.

The location of the resort is good, and the surrounding ambience is pleasant, giving a nice feeling of being close to nature. The resort is also close to main attractions like the Chocolate Factory and Padmapuram Gardens, making sightseeing convenient. However, the overall experience was affected by poor housekeeping, service issues, and lack of clarity on facilities.Pros:Rooms are very big and spacious, with sofa, extra bed, etc.Green surroundings give a peaceful, nature-friendly ambience.Close to popular attractions like the Chocolate Factory and Padmapuram Gardens.Cons:Some room sofas were dirty, making them uncomfortable to use.Bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels were not clean enough.In severe cold, only thin AC blankets were provided. The additional blanket given on request had a hole in it. A similar issue was faced by my friend in a nearby room.Water geyser was not working in the evening and had to be specifically requested, as it is enabled only late at night.No electric kettle in the room. Guests are asked to call the restaurant for warm water, which is inconvenient’especially for kids and medication needs.Tea and coffee are not available late evening once dinner service starts.For Bonfire arrangements an additional ’500 was charged. It will be specific to individual groups or person. For small family who just wanted to sit for 30-60 mins, this is something too much to pay and get arranged.Overall, the resort has good location advantage and potential, but housekeeping, basic amenities, service quality, and transparency in charges need major improvement for a comfortable and value-for-money stay.

Everything is very good room was bigger than my expectation in one room for people easily can sleep and we have book to rooms so like very big space and like big family can easily stay together bathroom bed and sofa is also very big and clean ther kani is also from where you can see the outside view. Hindi website they have put very few pictures where nobody can guess that resort place is very big and very comfortable for family there are more buildings for guests I think. Which was already booked and inside the resort they have restaurant also who provide you breakfast lunch and dinner also and they have veg and non veg both kind of foods and because I had only tried the veg food so I can tell you the breakfast is very nice and with dinner I was not satisfied. Dinner I think in veg they can cook more good foods, and also there is no AC in rooms because my family went in winter there is no problem with that but if someone once AC their can be problem so this should all the AC in every room so that comfortable people can use AC and also please update the phone number of resort people so people can contact them directly for any enquiry. I think restaurant manager should be more polite with customers he was very rude when I was asking for tea they are telling me like it's now time is over and they can't make it and I have to request them 2-3 times. Other than that the place is very nice peaceful clean and chocolate factory and there is a garden called padmapuram garden is also very near to the resort like walking distance, so for me and my family it was nice stay nice experience and we are very happy.
