Valley View Beacon Resort, Mahableshwar

The stay was pleasant. The service was excellent and the food tasted great.

We had a great time at Valley View Beacon. The Executive Deluxe room was cozy and tidy, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the central location was very handy. The breakfast was good, cleanliness was maintained, hot water was available, and the calm environment added to our comfort. The only downside was discovering used bedsheets when we arrived, but the housekeeping team promptly changed them when we asked. All in all, it was a nice stay and we suggest it for families.

Excellent service and high-quality food provided

I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The state of the property is terrible, and the location is completely unacceptable. The area feels more like a slum than a proper hotel setting, which ruins the whole experience. The food menu is very limited, offering few options for guests. Surprisingly, even something as simple as buttermilk comes with an extra charge, which is not what one expects when paying for a hotel stay. The staff's behavior is another big letdown; they are rude, harsh, insensitive, and lack basic politeness and hospitality. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they act as if you are imposing on them. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The bad location, poor property condition, limited food choices, and unacceptable staff conduct make this hotel fall far below any reasonable hospitality standard. I strongly suggest others reconsider before booking here, as I cannot recommend this place.
