Where do I start?. I stayed at Rippon Suite *** 18-20 September 2026. Paid almost *** for 2x nights. 1. Checked in ro the hotel and the TV wasn't working ( took 30 mins to repair)2. No toothpaste and other amenities for the 2 of us. Had to order them to bring in.3. Power cut at least 10- 15 times a day. Worst part is that you have to login everytime again when the TV turns back on after 1/2 mins after they start the generator. Very agonising4. Wifi network is hopeless. Speed is slow and mine got disconnected so that they had to connect using some other rooms number. Still it was awful.5. Cockroaches inside my room and other bugs. Attached a picture. 6. Also one lady in the name of feedback was torturing us, coming to our room 3-4 times forcing us to provide a feedback. When I explained my problems then she started arguing and justifying stating that amenities will soon come and so on. Why would they charge so much even before the essential amenities are not in place to begin with.7. No gym/ health center for that high price8. No Bar and no AlcoholWhat they have: One restaurant serving decent veg and Non veg food. play area for kids. Small recreation room with few amenities like carrom boards, fussball, etc.Overall my review: For that Price, pay a little bit more and go for Club Marriott or similar. Club Mahindra has way to go with this property and seriously has to work over their pricing. The food is over priced and stay also over priced. Definitely not worth it. Please use your money wisely and also chose wisely.
I found the service at Chamber Resort to be excellent; the housekeeping service provided by Rishikesh was outstanding, and the service at the restaurant was also very good. The staff is extremely supportive—including the reception team—and I really liked the entire property.
