A group of 19 senior citizens went for a yoga retreat between 26th to 29th March 2025 and stayed at this resort. Jhanavi the person in charge took good care of us and was proactive for our needs. The food was good and healthy. I had dietary restrictions but there was a designated cook for me to take care of my dietary needs. Staff were courteous. Location of the property is strategic and close to all places of interest. Definitely worth staying for families, couples, or groups. Very enjoyable.

Very good resort ... absolutely it goes with the name Heritage .. beautiful environment and the rooms are luxurious with all the amenities very well maintained.. the young lady who takes care has a lot of patience and is very caring to the guests .. we had our yoga retreat program for about 20 people that too seniors .. we had a comfortable stay for 5 days .. thanks to the team .. we will plan each year for sure.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the location — right in the heart of Mahabaleshwar market, yet surprisingly peaceful and surrounded by lush greenery. It's a great spot for those who want easy access to shopping and eateries while still enjoying a calm, nature-filled environment. The food quality was good, and the service was outstanding. The staff was consistently polite, helpful, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. It wasn’t mentioned on the online booking platforms that this is a pure vegetarian hotel, which could be important information for some guests. The buffet breakfast had limited options, and more variety would have enhanced the experience. At the swimming pool, the steps were not clearly visible, which could be a safety issue, and there were no relaxing chairs or loungers around the pool area — something you'd typically expect. We also faced a hot water issue during our stay, with barely any water pressure, making it difficult to bathe comfortably. Additionally, considering it's a 3-star property, the room rates felt a bit on the higher side. While the overall experience was good, the pricing could be more aligned with the amenities provided. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, greenery, and excellent service — especially if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in the center of Mahabaleshwar.
