Rockford Resort

Worst Experience Ever ’ Extremely DisappointingThis was honestly one of the worst resort experiences we have ever had. The room was in a terrible and unhygienic condition. There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the ceiling, bed, mattress, and bedding. The doors and walls were covered with so much fungus and dampness that we didn't even feel comfortable touching them. The situation outside the room was no better. Almost every sitting area had fungus and poor cleanliness. Even the electrical switches were extremely dirty, to the point that we hesitated to touch them to turn on the lights or fan.The worst part was that my family and I could not sleep the entire night because of the horrible smell coming from the bed and room. The staff's behavior was also disappointing. Instead of making guests feel welcome and comfortable, it felt like they were more interested in tips than providing proper service. For a resort, basic hygiene, clean bedding, a fresh-smelling room, and courteous service are the minimum expectations. Unfortunately, our experience here failed badly on all of these.Extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this resort, especially for families, unless they seriously improve their cleanliness, hygiene, room maintenance, and service.

This was truly one of the worst resort stays we've ever encountered. The room was in awful, unhygienic condition with a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the ceiling, bed, mattress, and linens. The doors and walls were covered in so much fungus and dampness that we felt uneasy even touching them. Outside the room, the situation was just as bad. Nearly every seating area had fungus and poor cleanliness, and the electrical switches were so dirty we hesitated to use them to turn on lights or fans. The worst part was that my family and I couldn't sleep all night due to the terrible smell in the room and bed. The staff's attitude was also disappointing; rather than making guests feel welcome and comfortable, they seemed more focused on tips than proper service. For a resort, basic hygiene, clean bedding, a fresh-smelling room, and polite service are the bare minimum, and sadly, this place failed on all counts. It was an extremely disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this resort, especially for families, unless they significantly improve cleanliness, hygiene, room upkeep, and service.

Nice

I recently visited this place and really enjoyed the atmosphere, but I've been trying to contact the hotel multiple times to make a reservation. Unfortunately, they don't seem interested in answering calls or accepting bookings. I think the management might have changed.

Room service was awful! It took forever and the staff were quite rude. I had to repeatedly call just to receive simple necessities. It totally spoiled my stay. I won't come back. Very bad property.
