Vatika Inn - City Centre Family & Business Hotel

Worst Hotel .. Stayed there for 2 nights on 14th and 15th Feb. No Power Back up, Malfunctioned TV , AC not working , No water Bottles available .. Even you have to buy Dental kit for 20 Rupees from them. Pathetic Washroom.Don't book online they will give you a small Kothi in place of Deluxe room ... I booked a deluxe room from Agoda and after seeing the price the Attendant give me another room half the size citing Valentine day hai to baki sab full hai

Worst Experience EverThis was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. There was no proper staff available. We had to carry our own luggage to the room and also bring it back ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. The staff was careless, unprofessional, and totally unhelpful.The room that was given to us was not cleaned properly at all. We found empty alcohol bottles inside the room almirah, which clearly shows how poorly the room was maintained. The bedsheets were torn and dirty, and the overall hygiene was terrible. The bathroom was also unclean, and to make things worse, the geyser was not working, so there was no hot water.Even after complaining, no action was taken. The receptionist was drunk most of the time, which made us feel unsafe and very uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any hotel.This hotel does not provide even basic hospitality. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience.. There was no commode in room.. The bedsheet had blood and cum stains over it.. When asked to clean the room by changing the bedsheet or provide the room. Response was that it happens.. I realized late in night after checking out that the commode had no seat cover... They offered me another room which had dampness over it... Not just this,. When I was checking in they made me wait for 30 minute saying that you need to pay for next day break fast in advance when I kept on telling them that I am not sure if I will have that. Even the breakfast was too costly... 160 rupees for a bloody tea and poha..

Very bad experience.Do not come here please, Your holiday will definitely ruin. I have checked in on 25 December 2025. Every windows was open. Was very cold due to that I got fever. They have not provided blanket. After many requests, they have changed room, but in that tumbler, towel, soap not available. Bathroom door was not getting closed. Very rude staff behavior. Very unhygienic room and bathroom as well. We have booked 4 rooms every room have some issues. Unfortunately we have paid for two days, so we have to be there only, could not change hotel. Please please please do not book this hotel. I have posted some photos. Kindly check that also.
