We had very nice stay. Relaxed, pleasant and clean and maintained property.
1/5 – Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff's behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. What disappointed me the most was the way they treated my 4-year-old child.My child was hungry and literally crying for food. I politely requested the staff to prepare a simple dosa or idli and clearly stated that I was willing to pay for it. However, I was told that they do not prepare food for a single person. When I spoke to the manager, he repeated the same response without showing any concern or empathy for a hungry child.A hotel should understand basic human values and customer care. Instead of helping a family in need, the staff displayed arrogance and a complete lack of compassion. It was shocking to see such an insensitive attitude.The food quality was also disappointing. The meals lacked taste and did not justify the prices being charged. Combined with the poor service, it made for a very frustrating experience.I strongly advise families, especially those traveling with children, to think twice before staying here. Hospitality is not just about rooms and food—it is about treating guests with respect and humanity, something this hotel seriously lacks.Overall: 1/5 – Rude staff, poor food, no empathy, and a terrible experience. Very clean , big rooms, all facilities,very good breakfast,very humble staff. If you are planning to stay in diveagar then its the best hotel u can find. Very plewasant stay.
