Vythiri Resort

Our experience with the resort's premises, services, and amenities was excellent. Everything was very good, and we had a great time. Despite heavy rain outside, the resort offered many activities, which was a relief for us. One area for improvement is the standard room; while they are nice, we found them a bit cramped and humid. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay in Vythri.

My stay at Vythiri Resort in Wayanad was fantastic. This resort is unique, situated deep in the lush Nilgiri forests, providing an unforgettable experience surrounded by untouched nature. Waking up to bird songs, flowing streams, and thick greenery offers a perfect break from urban life. The rooms are lovely, roomy, very comfortable, and harmonize well with the natural environment. The food was tasty with a good selection, and the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the resort were excellent. Special thanks to Ranjith, our naturalist, who made the nature walk the highlight of our visit. His expertise in the forest, wildlife, plants, and local ecosystem was outstanding. He was courteous, friendly, patient, and always enthusiastic in answering every question. His love for nature made the walk both informative and unforgettable. The hospitality also deserves high praise. Every staff member, especially Mr. Avinash, who is a wonderful host, greeted us with sincere smiles and warm hospitality, making us feel at home during our entire stay. If you want a luxurious getaway surrounded by nature without sacrificing comfort, cleanliness, great food, and excellent service, I strongly recommend Vythiri Resort. It’s a place where luxury and wilderness blend beautifully, and I would gladly return.

For an authentic Wayanad experience, this resort is an ideal pick. It’s located deep inside a pristine rainforest surrounded by lush greenery. We stayed in the traditional Jacuzzi room, which perfectly combined rustic charm with modern comforts. The food stood out as well—though the menu was not extensive, every vegetarian and non-vegetarian dish we tried was delicious and genuine. The live music during dinner added a magical touch to our nights. We left with many cherished memories. The staff were notably calm, welcoming, and friendly throughout our visit. I highly recommend this spot if you want to relax and disconnect.

Rooms are good with private pool. Private pool was claimed to be temperature controlled which just means it maintains a constant temperature of 30 degrees can’t be increased. In the middle of jungle but quite safe. Naturalist guided nature walk and nature talk was very good. Ayurveda is not worth the hype. Food was limited but exceptionally good
