My recent stay at Wandr Hotel, Sector 27 Gurgaon was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this property.1. Unprofessional management:The night manager, Vishwamitra, was highly unprofessional. On two occasions he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and behaved inappropriately with my guest. The situation escalated to an argument late at night, which forced me to shift to another hotel (Udman) on the same street and cancel my further reservation.2. Hygiene concerns:The property has serious cleanliness issues. The bed sheets and pillow covers did not appear properly cleaned. The walls had paint damage, the gallery area was not maintained, and used plates were left outside rooms for days without being cleared.3. Poor kitchen standards:The kitchen hygiene was below expectations. The breakfast quality and cleanliness standards need significant improvement, although the tea was decent.4. Positive note:The day manager and the security staff were polite and helpful, which was the only positive aspect of the stay.Overall, the property is PG converted to a managed hotel. Due to hygiene issues and unprofessional behavior from the night management, I would strongly advise travellers to consider other options.
