If it were possible to rate this hotel zero stars, I would. This place perfectly illustrates how deceptive online listings can be. The photos set expectations that the hotel fails to meet in every way. The rooms were dirty, the bed sheets seemed unwashed, many items were broken, and a persistent bad odor made the stay intolerable. What worsened the experience was the staff's total lack of professionalism. They showed no concern, no responsibility, and no willingness to fix even simple problems. It truly felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority for them. Staying here was a total waste of money and one of my worst travel errors. There are many better choices out there—do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else. I will never come back and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
