Excellent hospitality at Paradise The White House Manali, highly recommended.

I do not recommend staying here. The manager, Sushil DogRa, is very unprofessional and unreasonable. Avoid giving him your car keys; he parked my car outside the hotel on the road in front of another cafe. Luckily, I was dining at that cafe and found out, then moved the car back to the hotel. They only offer a room to stay, there is no housekeeping staff, and the rooms are old with things like the kettle not working. Overall, not a place I would suggest.

Our time at Paradise White House was absolutely delightful. We stayed in Room 301, which featured a jacuzzi and stunning mountain views — definitely the highlight of our visit. Waking up to such peaceful scenery was truly memorable. What stood out most was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were very warm, attentive, and sincerely caring throughout our stay. Their kindness and courtesy made us feel completely at home. Since it was our first trip to Manali, the team went the extra mile by providing all the information we needed and fully meeting our expectations. This kind of thoughtful care is uncommon and greatly valued. A special thanks to Mr. Sushil Dogra ji and Miss Veena Dhiman for making this experience so wonderful.

Avoid this place! Our experience at White House Cafe was disappointing throughout. The receptionist had difficulty helping us, the bar service was slow, and the food was the poorest we had on our whole Manali trip. Given the high prices, we anticipated better quality. The management should focus on staff training and kitchen improvements. I wouldn't suggest this spot to anyone seeking quality food or service.

Highly overrated. The cost is high, but the experience does not match it. The receptionist was neither friendly nor well-informed, the drinks were served very slowly, and the food was poor in both quality and flavor. There are numerous superior dining options in Manali at much lower prices. Certainly not value for money.
