Really nice. I can wholeheartedly give a full rating. Very clean, good location, and pleasant ambiance.

Hotel facilities are megre. Amenities like TV, lights, water etc are not functional. Staff do not respond to customer issues. Very bad experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally good experience. The location is very convenient with easy transport access. Autos are easily found right outside, and there are food options nearby. The staff were polite and behaved well during our stay. The room was tidy, clean, and well-kept. All amenities like the AC, fan, and TV worked properly. The hotel has a lift, which made moving around easy. We were three people in one room, and the hotel provided an extra cot without any problem, which was nice. The only downside was the drinking water policy: only one water bottle was given for three people for 24 hours, and when we asked for more, we had to buy it separately. This could be improved for guest comfort. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good facilities, a convenient location, and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel but hope they change their water bottle policy.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I arrived early in the morning and found the room had a bad odor, the bed was dirty and poorly maintained. The bedsheet had stains and visible creases. So, don't just trust the reviews and come here without caution. I was very disappointed upon arrival, and since there was no proper staff available, I couldn't talk to anyone.
