This property is near the beach and has ample parking along with lawn and children's play area. Food quality is also good. Very relaxing stay.
The reception staff is uncourtious and rude. They are unavailable on the hotel number as well as the epbx. Their happy to help button that reaches the reception has staff unwilling to help. Kitchen numbers are not available at most times of the day especailly after 11am, 3pm and 10pm. The houskeeping doesnt do clearance post meals - luch is cleared at dinner and dinner at lunch the next day. Room cleaning aslo takes ages and any other service is also delayed/ The plumbing is horrible with water logging and very unsafe for elderly and children. Our first meal at the restuarant was a disasater with the most horrible thai red curry which after replacement had stale and smelling mushrooms. Neither was a refudn given not a waiver. Food is very costly with absimally small portions. The only saving grace from day 2 was chef Rashmi who was present at our table and made sure what we ordered was made with care. The hotel doesnt stand upto its 4 star status and I think most people from near about places come for the food or couple of hours. Very high handed management and staff. I will never book at the Park in any city in India again. There is no maintenance check of the rooms otherwise this seriour water logging problem across 3 alternative rooms we were shown wouldnt exist.
