Zostel Homes Tirthan (Gushaini)

We booked Premium Room with Balcony having Bathtub/Jaccuzi.First of all staff was polite and humble, franchise owner Vatsalya ji was humble and polite on phone call. But this Premium Room pricing doesnot suits the facilities provided. Cheap quality baty fittings, hinges, latches etc are like normal room not premium. Nails were used to close the vemtilators, wooden finish was faded. Baty fittings were of local made items. Water heater was not able to heat the water even after 2hr (cheap quality water heater used). Also low voltage problems in the area. Bathtub is only to say or to show but not for use. It was initially denide later committee to make it functional, they tried but all vain because low pressure water tap and cheap quality water heater was unable to fill the bathtub with warm water and in the month of Oct or later it would be useless without proper arrangements for providing heated water facility for smooth Functioning of the bathtub/jaccuzi. Since we were not able to use this so we can't comment will this work of not. Flies or insects were coming from outside via window/ventilator sides due to the fact that latching facility in wooden work was not proper. Huge installation problem near washroom exhaust fan, on its sides their was huge opening through which flies /insects were coming to washroom therby entring to our room. Food was tasty. Overall Mr. Veda and his team were trying their best to provide best experience but something was beyond their control. Overall this premium room of this Zostel is not worth more than 2000 rupees. Overall it's disappointment.

Had an amazing time at Zostel Tirthan! The spot is tranquil and perfectly situated in the center of Tirthan Valley. Huge thanks to Veera for all the support and to JD bhai for preparing some of the tastiest meals on the trip. Really enjoyed the atmosphere — definitely a top pick for travelers visiting Himachal!

I really enjoyed my time here. Veera, the community manager, is wonderful, and the location is absolutely stunning. The ambiance and vibe were fantastic.

This place is situated in a peaceful and lovely area with stunning views of the river and mountains. It offers convenient access to Choi Waterfall and spots such as Sharachi and GHNP.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and location of Zostel Tirthan. The environment was so tranquil that even though we planned to go out and explore, we spent most of our time at the property itself, just relaxing and taking in the stunning views of Tirthan Valley. Honestly, doing nothing there still made for a perfect day. The host was very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for some nice nearby spots to visit. The only drawback for me was the food. It seemed a bit pricey, and since there aren't many restaurants or cafes nearby, you mostly have to rely on the food provided at the property. Other than that, the stay, the vibe, the views, and the overall experience were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place if you're seeking somewhere peaceful.
