Breaking News: Debt-ridden Jet Airways cancelled all its 5 flights operating from Patna Airport till 30th March 2019 due to operational reasons.
Note: Flights which are under Udan (Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagrik) scheme have not been cancelled. Hence, only Allahabad-Patna-Allahabad flight is operational at the Patna airport.
An official said, “The Mumbai-Patna-Mumbai (9W 180) flight and 3 between Delhi and Patna (9W 731, 9W 728 and 9W 781) have been cancelled till March 30.”
Also, Jet Airways has suspended 13 more international flights till April end due to non-payment of outstanding dues to the lessor. The routes include Bengaluru-Singapore, Delhi-Abu Dhabi, Delhi-Dammam, Delhi-Dhaka, Delhi-Hong, Kong, Delhi-Riyadh, Kolkata-Dhaka, Mumbai-Abu Dhabi, Mumbai-Bahrain, Mumbai-Dammam, Mumbai-Hong Kong, Pune-Abu Dhabi and Pune-Singapore.
It has also reduced the services on Delhi-Bangkok route from 3 to 1 daily, Delhi-Kathmandu (4 to 2 daily), Delhi-Singapore (3 to 1 daily), Mumbai-Bangkok (3 to 1 daily), Mumbai-Doha (2 to 1 daily), Mumbai-Kuwait City (2 to 1 daily) and Mumbai-Singapore (3 to 1 daily).
