The UAE on Sunday announced a change in visa rules for tourists, excluding dependents under the age of 18 from visa fees.
The Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality (FIDA) has started the exemption of tourist visa fees for kids under the age of 18 from July 15.
Now, tourists can obtain a fee-free visa for their children during the summer period from 15th July to 15th September, each year.
Please note: The visa fee exemption is beneficial to children provided they are accompanied by their parents.
As per reports, the UAE is a tourist hotspot and this latest visa waiver for children under 18, will further boost inbound tourism to the Emirates.
