Resort was excellent and proximity was also good , howeve they did not provide tea or coffee hamper in the room, breakfast was served quite late, the spread was reasonable
One of the most disappointing stays I've ever experienced. Calling this place a "hotel" is misleading. It appears to be a collection of individual rooms rented out without any proper hotel infrastructure or services.There is no signboard, branding, or even the property's name displayed anywhere on the premises. Finding the location is extremely difficult, and reaching it without a private vehicle is almost impossible. The property is located around 7 km from the main road on a steep hill, making access very inconvenient.The terrain inside the property is another major concern. Walking around is difficult due to the approximately 30-degree incline. Senior citizens, children, and anyone with mobility issues will struggle significantly.Many advertised facilities are either non-functional or poorly maintained. The spa was not operational during our stay. The children's play area had broken and unsafe equipment. The so-called swimming pool is merely a small tank and does not resemble a proper pool in any way.Food options are extremely limited, with only a handful of items available on the restaurant menu. There is no room service, which further adds to the inconvenience considering the remote location.Overall, the property is poorly managed, difficult to access, lacks basic hospitality standards, and does not offer value for money. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this property and look for better alternatives in Khandala.
Would not recommend as pool was not clean,service was not up to the mark and location is ok.can get better resorts with the amount that they are charging
