I booked two rooms for May 15, one for myself to prepare for my wedding reception and another for my sister-in-law's friends. The rooms were extremely dusty. The mattress was really terrible. At night, we had to check the rooms booked for guests because the air conditioning wasn't working, and unfortunately, they couldn't fix it. It was a terrible experience at this place. I don't understand how people give such good reviews. I booked based on those reviews and ended up regretting it.

This was my third time staying at Agneyam, and I would give my previous two visits a perfect 10/10. I truly value the hospitality, cleanliness, location, and all the key features of the hotel. The spotless bathrooms and rooms that look brand new are particularly impressive and something every guest would enjoy. However, during my latest stay, I was assigned a different room than before. While the room was clean and everything else remained excellent, there was one significant problem. The curtains were very sheer. As soon as we entered, we noticed that at night, when the lights were on, people outside could see inside, which made us quite uncomfortable. Since no other rooms were available, we had to stay and improvise by covering the curtains with whatever we had. Although I love everything else about Agneyam, this issue was a dealbreaker for us. Privacy is very important, and I hope this concern will be addressed. Thank you.
