What I received was nothing short of an absolute nightmare.Upon arrival, the staff refused to honor the booking I had already paid for through Yatra. No explanation, just a flat-out denial and a complete lack of professionalism. Being stranded after booking a room is the worst possible start to any trip.But the worst part was the staff's behavior. It was utterly vulgar and appalling’truly some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The way they spoke and conducted themselves was disrespectful, rude, and completely unacceptable for anyone working in the hospitality industry. "Bad" doesn't even begin to cover it; it was verevalger (I assume you meant very vulgar or extremely rude).If you value your time, money, and sanity, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They don't respect confirmed reservations, and their staff should be nowhere near customers.
