’’ Absolutely Disgusting Experience ’ STAY AWAY!I booked a room through the Yatra app and arrived at this hotel expecting a standard check-in. What I received was nothing short of an absolute nightmare.Upon arrival, the staff refused to honor the booking I had already paid for through Yatra. No explanation, just a flat-out denial and a complete lack of professionalism. Being stranded after booking a room is the worst possible start to any trip.But the worst part was the staff's behavior. It was utterly vulgar and appalling’truly some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The way they spoke and conducted themselves was disrespectful, rude, and completely unacceptable for anyone working in the hospitality industry. "Bad" doesn't even begin to cover it; it was verevalger (I assume you meant very vulgar or extremely rude).If you value your time, money, and sanity, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They don't respect confirmed reservations, and their staff should be nowhere near customers.

I had a wonderful experience staying here in Hotel Grand Residency. The room was surprisingly spacious with two separate room, two comfortable beds, a separate sofa, and even a small kitchen platform which was really convenient. It also had a fridge, making it easy to store food and drinks.The cleanliness was top-notch everything felt fresh and well-maintained. You can even order a food. You will get two restaurants menu in room or otherwise you can order from food order app as well . One thing I especially appreciated was the strong security: the main door had a 6-lock system, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay.Overall, the room offered great facilities at a very affordable price. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking hotel nearby Cochin airport with comfort, cleanliness, and value for money.

Great spot to go after or before flying.njce warm shower, bedding were good.lots of choices for breakfast, they even made us an omelet without spices, more adapted to our European tastes.Staff is,really helpful. Place is clean.
