Port Muziris, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Kochi

Had a good two nights at Port Muziris, good location nice property, good rooms and great toilet. Had a good time at the buffet bfast and dinner. Special mention about Jagadeesan of the restaurant who made a special effort to whip up a quick salad for us. Uday also made great effort to take care of us restaurant. Full marks to Mahesh from house keeping for always smiling with the service he provides. Reception at Port Muziris was a damper, Rohith was good and hospitable, but the girls at the reception behaved as though they needed to be paid for even a smile. Over all had a fair experience. Will strongly recommend anyone to the property

We had a wonderful stay at Port Muziris, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The service provided by the staff was exceptional throughout our visit’everyone was polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.A special mention to the restaurant table service staff for their excellent hospitality and care. We truly enjoyed the buffet supper and breakfast; the food was tasty with a good variety and well prepared.Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the stay and the dining.

I stayed at Port Muziris last weekend and I have to say, the hotel is fantastic mostly due to the team that works there. The welcome was so warm, the front office staff so accomodating of every request and the chef too going above and beyond to make a guest happy.This is a hotel comes across as genuinely wanting to impact guest experience positively and it shines through.Will be back.

We had a wonderful short stay before our flight to Colombo. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, making us feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. The breakfast buffet was generous and of excellent quality, and special requests were happily accommodated. After just a few hours, we already felt like part of a big family.The rooftop pool and adjoining bar are a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The service there was also very friendly and professional. While the surroundings are naturally not very attractive due to the proximity to the airport, this does not diminish the high quality of the hotel in any way.We would be happy to stay here again whenever the opportunity arises.

We travelled from Australia and stayed here for a night.We wished we stayed longer.The service was exemplary - the airport pick was prompt - the front reception staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.The hotel itself had a beautiful boutique feel with nice art and design. The rooms were bright, very clean and wonderfully furnished. The rain shower was a an added bonus.Our favourite bit was the restaraunt - once again the service was so good - the chef came out personally to talk to usl. I think this is the best food we had in our entire time in India (have to try the mango and drumstick curry).To top it all off - we had forgotten our electric toothbrush and the team posted it to our next destination free of charge.Thanks for an amazing stay.
