Alivious Beach Homestay

I recently stayed at this place and would not recommend it to anyone. The property was filthy, smelled bad, and was infested with lizards and chameleons. The bathroom was foul-smelling and had no water supply, so I had to leave without bathing. The hotel staff were very rude, constantly ordering me not to open the balcony door. The rooms felt unsafe, and there were dogs barking nonstop. The included breakfast was poorly prepared and served on dirty plates. Don't waste your money or time on Akoya Beach Villa. I would give it zero stars.

Our stay at this beach-view homestay was tranquil and lovely. The mornings and evenings offered breathtaking views and a serene ambiance. With only a handful of rooms, the property provides a peaceful and intimate setting. It caters to families and groups of friends alike. We stayed with friends and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The homemade breakfast was tasty, especially the appam, egg curry, and coffee. Our host, Athul, deserves special praise for being very helpful and welcoming, enhancing our overall experience. In summary, this is an ideal spot for anyone seeking a calm beach retreat. We would gladly return and strongly suggest it to others.

A lovely homestay situated right by the sea in Alapuzha. The caretaker, Atul, was extremely helpful and made us feel at home. He organized all the transport we needed, including scooter rentals to explore the surroundings. The property is in a great spot with direct beach access from the rooms and offered a tasty Kerala-style breakfast.

Located nearby beach in Allapuzha, it is one of the best homestay one can get by the beach side . You can directly access the beach and sea from your rooms . The caretaker guy Atul is really very helpful and amazing person we had ever met. He helped us exploring alapuzha by providing fine itiniery, arranging rental scooters, arranging return buses . Talking about the property, its really well managed and clean. They served good breakfast (special kerala appam with korma ) and special coffee.
