We stayed here 9th may 2026,Iam extremly disappointed to stayed here..reception staff don’t know anything about how to control and how to respect guest not all morning time lady staff..she act like a ruler and owner of this property.she told all lies and rude behaviour to all guest and managers also’don’t choose this property pls’’??

We stayed here on May 9th, 2026, and I am very disappointed with our stay. The reception staff seem clueless about managing the hotel and respecting guests. Especially the lady staff in the morning, who behaves like she owns the place. She lies and is rude to guests and even the managers. Please avoid this property.

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience at AJ Park, Alappuzha (Alleppey), KeralaToday, I checked in at a hotel named AJ Park in Alappuzha (Alleppey), Kerala, and I must say this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The condition of this hotel and the attitude of the staff make it feel as though they are intentionally ruining the image of Kerala tourism.The room was full of cockroaches, had a strong cigarette smell, and was infested with mosquitoes. The hygiene standards were extremely poor, and the air conditioner was not functioning properly. It honestly did not feel like the management is interested in running a hotel at all.What shocked me further was the condition of the kitchen. I happened to see it from the back, and it was not just bad’it was pathetic and completely unhygienic. It seems the staff may not even understand the basic meaning of cleanliness and hygiene.I sincerely request the Kerala Government and the Kerala Tourism Department to take strict action against this hotel, as places like this seriously damage the reputation of Kerala as a tourist destination.I strongly advise all tourists: please think twice before booking. It would be better to sleep on the roadside than to stay at this hotel.Never choose AJ Park, Alappuzha (Alleppey).
