I stayed at Palmyra Hotel and booked two standard rooms. I was disappointed to find that one room was spacious while the other was much smaller, even though both were booked under the same room category. I did not expect such a difference.When I entered the hotel, there was no air conditioning in the lobby, and it felt very hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, I arrived at around 2:00 PM, but the rooms were not ready at check-in time. I had to wait approximately 15–20 minutes before I could access my room.Overall, I expected a more consistent room standard, a more comfortable arrival experience, and a smoother check-in process.
Terrible hotel experience. No hot water available. Poor cleanliness. Management is inadequate. Found bugs in the bed. Bed sheets have a bad odor.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026As a couple, we stayed at Treebo Premium Palmyra Milford and were let down by our stay. The hotel fell short of the quality we anticipated from a Treebo Premium property. The curtains appeared old and unclean, and both the room and bathroom lacked proper cleaning. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing our issues. A major problem was the bed, which consisted of two separate mattresses that slid apart throughout the night, making sleep uncomfortable. In summary, the hotel requires major upgrades in cleanliness, upkeep, and guest service to live up to the Treebo Premium name.
