I have stayed here for 2 Nights and one night alone and the 2nd night with a friend. While booking I've opted twin bed option because of that . I booked the hotel around 7 pm but have reached the hotel after 9 pm only but the room wasn't prepared. They went to clean the room after I've reached the hotel only and made me wait for an atleast. And twin bed was also not available. Customer service was very disappointing. Won't stay here again.
Very disappointing and pathetic experience.Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The overall experience was far below what was expected, and the service and facilities were not worth the money paid.The room was not properly maintained, and the cleanliness was a major concern. The service was poor, and the staff were not very helpful or responsive when we raised our concerns. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and did not give us the pleasant experience we expected from a hotel.For the price charged, I expected much better standards in terms of cleanliness, hospitality, maintenance, and customer service. Sadly, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations.I would not recommend this hotel to others. Management seriously needs to improve the quality of service, cleanliness, and customer care.
I've checked in at the hotel @9.30 pm only and I placed my Booking by 7pm and reached there by 8.30 pm but had to wait for an hour after reaching the hotel. I have requested twin bed but they didn't have that . Breakfast was also not good . Very bad experience
