The room was very nice, cozy, and clean, located just about 3 minutes from the beach. I would recommend it again. The only thing missing was towels, but everything else was provided. The owner was very helpful and welcoming.

Our stay at this property in Alappuzha was fantastic. It feels more like a private hotel room than a typical homestay, offering plenty of privacy. Pros include a prime location very close to the beach and directly across from a convenient restaurant that stays open late for snacks. The room and bathroom are impeccably clean. The large balcony provides a wonderful space to relax. The host, Thomas, is wonderful—quiet and not overly chatty, but very helpful when needed. The only downside is that the bedroom and bathroom are somewhat small, but the cleanliness and spacious balcony easily compensate. I highly recommend this place for a clean, private beach retreat!

These people are thugs. I went with my girlfriend, booked on BnB, yet they refused us entry. They asked for extra money and threatened to call the police because we are an unmarried couple. They said the police would contact our parents. We paid 3k to the owner to avoid the police. They are running a business making money off couples. Book here only if you want to spoil your entire trip.
