Very disappointing experience. We found a rat in our room, and when we reported it, we were shifted to another room ’ only to find the same issue there as well. Finding rats in not just one but two rooms is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety.What made the experience worse was the manager’s response. Instead of handling the situation promptly and professionally, he blamed us for keeping the door open and suggested that’s how the rat entered. There was no urgency, no proper apology, and no quick action taken to resolve the issue.
