Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience. I had a terrible experience with Hotel AT Residency Kaushambi Anand Vihar. Despite having a confirmed booking through a major travel platform, I was denied check-in upon arrival. I had even called the hotel in advance to confirm the booking, and no issues were mentioned at the time.What followed was shocking ’ the staff laughed and giggled while denying me entry, and I saw them assigning rooms to other guests right in front of me. It was not only unprofessional but also deeply humiliating and emotionally distressing.Even after contacting customer support from the booking platform, no real help was provided. I was left stranded, helpless, and exhausted ’ with no accountability from the hotel.This experience was more than just poor service ’ it felt like intentional mistreatment. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel.Hotels that treat guests this way do not deserve to be in business.

After talking to them i reached at the hotel 4 hours earlier and was ready to pay for early check in, hotel staff said there is no room available and gave me after 2 hours also charged me 500 inr. They were also saying something like, the prices are showing different on what you booked and in our system. Also the early check in fees what they told me on the phone was different from what I paid.I booked a deluxe room with table and chair but my room did not have thatI was staying alone overall bad experience

This hotel is at a very good location and I have experienced this myself during my stay here.1. If you have to travel anywhere and have to go in the morning then you can do this by staying here. Metro station, railway station and bus stand are all very close to you.2. You will not hear any noise, it is a very quiet place so you will not be disturbed.3. The room rate is not high. But when the hotel is full then the price of the hotel can be high.

It was the worst experience i would not recommend it to anyone first of all they gave the worst possible room in that hotel that was attached to a storage unit which was accessible from inside the room which made it a huge privacy concern secondly even after asking very politely to change the room the receptionist asked for extra money and said no more rooms were available if you have a problem you can contact brevistay and they'll change your booking which was a bit rude and lastly when i was checking out they forced me to give them 5 star rating even after telling them no they still forced me and when i finally decided to give 4 star rating the person there took my phone and changed the rating to a 5 star... Very disappointing behaviour from the staff not going to go back here ever again
