For the price charged for the suite, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Basic amenities were not functioning properly—the charging ports, Wi-Fi, and TV were all non-functional during our stay. Despite multiple attempts to contact the staff, there was little to no response to resolve these issues.The room service menu had very limited options, and the food was significantly overpriced for the quality and variety offered. To make matters worse, the surrounding area around the suite was littered with garbage, which negatively impacted the overall ambiance and cleanliness of the property.Considering the premium price being charged, the facilities, maintenance, and service were far below expectations. I would not recommend this property, as it does not offer value for money.
We recently stayed at Aveda Suites in Aamby Valley and honestly, the experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid for a suite stay.When we made the booking, we had clearly requested a suite with a good hill-facing view. However, upon arrival, we were allotted a room where several basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. The TV was not working, the Wi-Fi was not working, and even the jacuzzi was dirty and non-functional.When we raised these concerns, we were shifted to another suite, but shockingly, that room had not even been cleaned properly. Because of all this confusion and inconvenience, we were unable to check in at the designated time and only got a usable room almost three hours later. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our first day, for which we had paid such a premium amount.Even after finally settling into the room, basic facilities and services continued to be disappointing. For a property positioned as a premium stay experience, this level of maintenance and preparedness is simply unacceptable.The food quality was definitely good and tasty, but it is extremely overpriced for the quantity and overall experience provided. On top of that, the room service was painfully slow. Every single time we needed anything delivered to the room, we had to call at least 3–4 times before receiving any response or action.Overall, this stay did not justify the money we invested at all. We booked a suite expecting comfort, luxury, and a smooth experience, but unfortunately received poor maintenance, delayed service, and unnecessary inconvenience instead.Would not recommend this property unless the management seriously improves its maintenance standards, housekeeping, and customer service.
This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The landline was not working, the AC was malfunctioning, and to make matters worse, at the time of check-in, I was asked to cancel my booking on the grounds that they had not received confirmation.This reflects a complete lack of professionalism and coordination. Basic facilities were not functional, and the handling of the reservation was careless and irresponsible. Such service is highly unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
