B AND B Estrella Hotel And Resort

This hotel is an old building that has been converted into a hotel. The property is not cleaned or swept regularly. We were given room 203, which was spacious but very dirty and poorly maintained. We booked this hotel for a family stay from June 21 to June 29, 2026, because it was near the summer camp our child was attending in Indore. We were very disappointed with the hotel and its services. The stay was a disaster and a very unpleasant experience, especially since it was our first visit to Indore. Choosing this hotel was a big mistake. The hotel needs thorough cleaning and proper maintenance. There was ongoing construction work causing constant noise during the day. There were piles of construction materials around the property as the nearby land is being developed. The roads outside are not proper, so most local rickshaws and taxis avoid coming to the hotel, making it difficult to get transport and often costing us double the fare. The lift floor tiles are broken, and the lift is small and old-fashioned; I got hurt twice because of the broken tiles. To buy any essentials or food, you have to walk about 200 meters to a T-junction where the nearest grocery store is located. The streets outside are muddy with puddles that I couldn't cross to get milk and breakfast for my child. The bed sheets were never changed or cleaned during our stay, even after we requested it. When we spoke to the manager, he promised to fix things, but nothing improved. We left the hotel on June 25 at 11 am and moved to another hotel for the rest of our stay. Overall, the experience was a total disaster for us.

Whatever shown as pictures of this Hotel property is just photo shopped and is a lie.The place looks attractive by price but the moment you are there you start learning about various problems that it has at the property as well as around the property and inside the room. Problems we faced or experienced at this Hotel,1. There is no proper street road to reach this Hotel property especially when it is raining. Full of muddy puddles due to which Taxis or Rickshaws don't come to the hotel for a pick up unless you have booked on Uber on a higher fare.. Many drivers couldn't easily reach the Hotel on there own without calling me or taking directions from me. I have attached pictures of the surrounding and the immediate outside area of the Hotel. 2. There was no water in our bathroom and the toilet on the 24th June from 9pm to 9am or 10am. 3. The shower drain will not drain at every shower and will take at least 35 to 45 mins for the shower water to drain out. The shower drain had loads of dirt , hair and dust clogged in its drain net or outlet, which shows that the place hasn't. been cleaned or maintained or used for weeks / months. Too many mosquitos in the whole bathroom. 4. The rooms and the property doesn't. seem to be cleaned daily or regularly there were so tiny insects , tiny spiders [which caught at. least. four] , tiny cockroach in our bedding and the mattress. There are many mosquitos in the room but no mosquito coil or repellent was provided in the room. As. we would leave the hotel by 11:00 and back by 22:00 / 23:00 due to the power cuts , so would only experince these issues mid night or late when we are asleep after 1:00 .5. There is a small refrigerator the room which seemed to be never cleaned, we found cobwebs in it and we had to ask the hotel attendant to clean it, which was just wiped scraped by the cleaner Even the hot kettle provided in the room seemed not to be used for a very long time it had cobwebs in the kettle.6. All the days which we spent no cleaning of our room or bedding took place also no change of bed sheets happened excluding the first day when we arrived and asked for. around 17:00 after going an. exploring the surrounding of the Hotel area.7. There is. no active restaurant at the Hotel at least when we stayed there. So either you have to get your own induction with your own utensils and usables with your needed food packs to have breakfast or any meals.8. There is. only one attendant at the whole premises most. of the time. due to which you cannot expect any immediate service or result if you ask for anything.9. The days we stayed at this Hotel I understand excluding us there was only one more room occupied next to our room for just a night. or two . otherwise the whole property was totally totally empty all through our stay. AGODA should send their representative to fist stay at the property and have a first hand self experience by themselves of this property and understand or realize that what they are offering us too sub standard.

The hotel rooms are quite nice and comfortable. The staff's behavior is also very good. The room itself is pleasant, and the food served is delicious. If I visit Indore again, I would choose to stay at Estrella Hotel.

My stay at B&B Estrella Hotel And Resort in Indore was excellent. The hotel is spotless, cozy, and well-kept.
