Very bad behaviour doing personal to delivery boy when ordered something ki khi ka raja h kya usko bolo aake yaha se leke and also while checking in they made me wait for more than 45 min even all staff was free. If you book on low price they will give you worst they had. Very bad experience.

I booked this hotel online a few days ago because I wanted a couple-friendly room near my home with good privacy and decent facilities. The hotel had a huge discount online, almost 80% off, so I decided to book it.When I arrived, the hotel staff and owner checked my booking and told me that next time I should book directly instead of using online websites because they could offer better deals personally.The hotel building itself looked quite isolated and old from outside, and the hotel was located on the 6th floor. The room they gave me was at the very end of the corridor. Although the room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable, the walls were damaged with holes and cracks in several places, which made me uncomfortable and worried about privacy and security.The WiFi was not working properly during my entire stay, and even after repeatedly informing the staff, the issue was never fixed. Some facilities like sanitizer and refrigerator access were available, which was good.The best part of the room was the large window and the view, especially at night. The hotel itself seems to have good potential and is built nicely, but the maintenance and service quality did not match the expectations shown online.For couples, the hotel can still be considered decent in terms of privacy, but overall the experience was average because proper facilities and a better room could have been provided according to my booking.Overall Rating: 5/10
